Published pricing replaces the old estimates
The current pricing overview publishes an Alice Growth starting price of $3,750/month billed annually, with Pro and Enterprise quoted. It explains prospect-based Alice pricing separately from Julian’s call/chat volumes. The Julian page lists Growth voice from $5,333/month and chat from $2,417/month, billed annually. The former claim that 11x never publishes prices, the guessed $5,000 standard Alice price and a supposed routine setup charge have been removed. Confirm scope, currency, tax and commitment in a current proposal.
Evaluate controlled outcomes
For outbound use, agree a small permitted prospect cohort and have a human review the targeting, facts and message before enabling delivery. For inbound use, test a clear enquiry, a question outside the knowledge base and a request needing transfer to a person. Inspect the actual CRM update and handoff. Do not equate booked meetings with qualified opportunities or won business. This is a proposed evaluation process, not a campaign run by this publication.
Costs beyond a headline comparison
Compare the contract with the work it actually performs. Include human review, integrations, data preparation and the handling of failed or misrouted conversations. A monthly-equivalent annual price is a commitment, not necessarily a cancellable monthly charge. We have removed the unsupported claim that the product predictably replaces one employee or delivers a particular return.
Verdict
Shortlist 11x only if a scoped pilot demonstrates useful, authorised task completion and reliable human escalation for your sales process. Keep the outbound and inbound decisions separate and request the exact limits and renewal terms. No numeric score or generic message-quality verdict is retained without a documented test.
